Britney Spears has passed her most recent random drug test ordered by the court. And there have been a few drug tests which she passed, according to Sorrell Trope.
Lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan — who is representing Kevin Federline, Spears’ ex-husband,
in the custody battle over their two small children — was not immediately available for comment.
Britney Spears has a good chance of regaining shared custody of her sons Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1, based on the overall circumstances of the case, and if she finally does what the court ordered her to do.
Hopefully she’s been participating in that court-mandated parenting class.

There were reports that Spears didn’t answer her door last week when her children came to her house. Her excuse was she didn’t want a parenting coach accompanying them and telling her how to interact with her sons.
Spears has been granted monitored visitation rights with her little boys and must complete a list of orders from the judge. Her next court date is scheduled October 26.
